Frequently asked questions

Most EBE clients invest between $25,000–$45,000+ depending on guest count, scope, and weekend coverage. For larger-scale or highly design-driven weddings, we offer a percentage-based structure.

At this time, we do not offer day-of or month-of coordination. Our work is highly collaborative and design-led, and we join our clients early to ensure a seamless, elevated experience from start to finish.

Ideally 12–18 months in advance for peak season dates in the Hudson Valley, Catskills, and Berkshires. For tented backyard weddings or estate builds, earlier is always better.

We intentionally limit our calendar to ensure each client receives our full creative attention and white-glove support. Our weddings are usually limited to 7 weddings per year.

We work thoughtfully within your investment while being transparent about what is realistic. Our role is to guide your spending strategically to maximize impact and guest experience. Our clients typical budget starts at $1,500 per guest.

Absolutely! We will be there during any and all venue tours to ask or answer all of the logistical questions and we are there with your best interest in mind. In fact, we prefer to be there with you versus you going without us.

No! We love working with new vendors in the industry. We have a network of trusted vendors but are more than happy to vet and explore working with someone new to us.

Yes! While we are based in New York, we travel anywhere for destination weddings.
